Shipping policy

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.

Also all the products are shipped from our warehouse which is located as per https://www.sobostuff.com/policies/contact-information, also we do not do dropshipping

The usual lead time(forward delivery) is 7-10 business days(Domestic shipping). Timelines depends on delivery and pickup pincode. ie. Product will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days

For returns, Pickup is done within 1-3 business days after raising returns

For exchange/Replacment, Pickup is done within 1-3 business days after raising exchange, and new delivery is done as per stand forward delivery time which is 7-10 business days. 

Replacement product will be delivered in 7 -10 working days
